Garage Project
A classic Pale Ale; Well balanced between malt and hops with a slight focus towards the hops. Dry hopped to enhance both the hop flavour and aroma.

Made the same as all our other beers, just with an added kettle souring step halfway through production. Summer fruits are then added late in the ferment cycle.
