This is a tasty 6.6% porter that we loaded with roasted aromas and flavor while keeping the mouthfeel light and refreshing. We then added 22 pounds of whole Sumatra Mandheling coffee beans to steep in the beer. This 'dry beaning' process imparts an excellent complex aroma with none of the bitterness associated with the ground beans.
