Funksloth

A rustic farmhouse ale with an ultra local vibe. Brewed with all regionally-sourced ingredients: Hops from Billy Goat Hop Farm. Barley from Proximity Malt and Troubadour Maltings. Wild yeast wrangled & cultivated from our onsite peach tree and local lavender fields. Discover epic notes of peach skin, apricot and pineapple, with mad fruity funk, nicely balanced acidity and bitterness, finishing with prickly carbonation.
