Allowing the Abominable Snow Monster to brew with us was quite an adventure. He loaded this brew with honey, sugar plums, figs and cherries and all the grain he could throw into the kettle. Combining all of these ingredients with a spicy Belgium yeast developed a complex ale that is perfect for the Winter Season!
