West coast-style IPA brewed with Citra, Simcoe, Strata & Mosaic. Dank profile with notes of stone fruit, strawberry, & honeydew. Medium-light bitterness with a semi-dry, clean finish.
Collaboration with Kills Boro. Bavarian-style pale lager brewed using a single decoction and German ingredients. Smooth, lightly toasty malt and a soft sweetness, balanced with floral, herbal hops. Drinks easy and refreshing with a dry, clean finish.
Our 2x gold medal-winning, foeder-aged mixed fermentation solera saison brewed with NY state malt & hops. Complex, tart and tannic with tangy, bright acidity. Rustic with notes of pineapple, oak, light earthy funk and hints of vanilla & citrus. *Packaged and can-conditioned in April 2023
Collaboration with Strangebird (Rochester, NY). Mixed-ferm saison brewed in Summer 2023, fermented in an oak foeder for 15 months, conditioned on chamomile flower. Light, complex and slightly tart with subtle funk, oak, and prominent notes of chamomile. Finishes dry.
German-style dark lager brewed with continental hops and malt. Clean with medium-light body, subtle dark chocolate and roasty notes, medium-low bitterness with a hint herbal hops; finishes smooth & dry.
Collaboration with Strangebird (Rochester, NY). Mixed-ferm saison brewed in Summer 2023, fermented in an oak foeder for 15 months, conditioned on blueberries and blended with its counterpart, Gilded Petal. Mildly tart and dry with moderate funk and oaky accents, light phenols and notes of blueberry and chamomile.
A hazy IPA brewed and double dry-hopped with Citra & Strata. Juicy flavor and bold aroma with notes of strawberry, melon, peach, passion fruit & ruby red grapefruit. Drinks smooth with a medium body and clean finish.
Light European-style pilsner, dry-hopped with a rotating selection of noble hops. Crisp and easy-drinking with notes of crackery pilsner malt and herbal, floral, gently spicy hop aroma and flavor; refreshingly clean with a dry finish.
English pub-style ale with biscuity, complex malty notes countered with earthy, resiny hops. Medium body & bready flavors highlighted by fruity ester accents, soft bittersweet finish.
