Belgian-style Pale Ale. Minimally hoppy compared to its American counterpart, this pale ale exhibits fruity/spicy yeast notes and a subtly toasty malt backbone. After fermentation it was infused with fresh, locally grown Lemon Thyme, Rosemary, and White Sage. Pairs beautifully with savory, herbal dishes.
