Not Ron's

Not Ron’s is a hybrid beer that started as a Scotch ale but I pitched it with Abby ale yeast. This created a nice balanced slightly malty ale with a mild Belgin finish. The Abby yeast gives the beer a little earthiness and a little more pizzazz.
