Kirsche is our year-round fruited sour ale. It starts with a traditional Berliner Weisse grain bill consisting of half Pilsen and half White wheat malt before being rested in the boil kettle with lactobacillus. After fermentation, an infusion of tart cherry purée in the conditioning tank completes this sparkling, rose-colored beauty.

Balance is the key to our flagship Amber Ale. Munich and Caramel malts provide a solid backbone, while a moderate amount of Cascade hops lends a subtle herbal character. The robust copper color is complemented by a frothy white head that leaves a thick lacing on the glass.
