Once a year we have the unique pleasure of picking fresh, local hops and brewing with them the same day. Our good friend Wayne from Kinnickinnic Natives provided us with over 50 pounds of big, juicy Chinook hop cones fresh off the vine. Rounding out the hop charges is a healthy dose of Amarillo, Idaho Gem, and Sabro hops. Gotta love harvest time! Welcome to the FreshWet.
