The next Phaze is all Citra hops all the time. There are Citra hops at the end of the boil. There are Citra hops added multiple times throughout the hour-long whirlpool. There are Citra hops in the fermenter, even added during active fermentation. And yes, there are Citra hops in the conditioning tank for dry-hopping.
