Biere de Mechante

A distinctive strong golden ale brewed with a French country ale yeast and Alsatian Barbe Rouge and Strisselspalt hops for notes of floral berry and apricot. Aged on a blend of Ecuadorian and Ghanaian cacao nibs as well as Madagascar vanilla for mellow notes of bittersweet dark chocolate. Brewed with dear friend and crafty with pioneer, Pete Slosberg, of Pete's Wicked Ale Fame.
