Drawing its name from the thirty-three layers in traditional Greek Baklava, this project started with a rich bready stout base featuring demerara sugar fermented with a Belgian Trappist yeast. We then reconditioned it on Marshall's Farm orange blossom honey for a secondary fermentation and finished the beer with a combined 25 lbs. of house toasted walnut, pistachio, almonds, and Madagascar vanilla bean.
