Flying Lion Brewing
An English style, Oyster Stouts are brewed with oyster shells (sometimes whole oysters). A minerally, malty, graham cracker nose finishes with flavors of nearly burnt crème brûlée & a smooth, hint-of-brine finish.
OMG BECKY THIS QUAD IS SO WHISKEY! It's a normal sized Quad at 12.4%, but then we aged it in a Copperworks whiskey barrel. Wonderful notes of clove, banana, and dried fruit give a holiday spin to this beauty.
It's a Goldilocks beer. Balanced earthy bitterness with a toasty, malty body and a crystal clear finish. This Dark Beer Fest collab with Machine House screams cozy sweaters & fireplaces.
A balanced Northwest Pale highlighting the piney, resinous dry-hopped aroma of Pacific Northwest Centennial Hops. Crisp, crushable, and citrusy, it's the perfect post-work pint.
A subtle, peppery smoked aroma is followed by the flavor of a roasted and full bodied chocolaty American Porter. This porter has a pleasant warm spiciness that doesn't overwhelm the senses!
With a flavor reminiscent of dried fruit and burnt toffee, a pint of this Export Stout holds up well to any meal. A high percentage of dark and roasted malts yields a full bodied flavor followed by a bitter finish.
A classic American lager with craft at its heart. Locally grown and malted grain, Saaz-hopped and fermented cold. This is a neighborly beer, a homage to the Columbia City neighborhood we call home.
Sit back and let this beer take you to another dimension. Strong and complex with a clean, lagered finish, this Doppelbock has a pleasant rosy, dark red body with dried fruit and toffee notes to keep you feeling nice and toasty.
Mild roast and floral, earthy aromas dominate this smooth and flavorful American-style Brown ale. Brewed with Oats and served on Nitro, this ale has an incredibly velvety finish.
This is a classic American Stout, full of flavor, character, and with a spicy, crisp addition of Rye. The clean, roasted flavor finishes dry and drinks well year-round.
This IPA is an all around do-gooder. Focused on massive aroma, TW unselfishly gifts your palate with dank grapefruit and tangerine.
Double Fresh Hopped! 1st: Strata hops infused inline between kettle and fermentor. 2nd: Finished beer recirculated through Comet hops for a late, fresh, punch. Bright aroma of melon, strawberry, & citrus.
There I was, enjoying the complex blend of fruity esters and subtle spice, ready to have another of this extraordinarily smooth beer when, POW! I got that Velvet Uppercut. To be continued....
We weally hope you wike it! It's got an outsize body for its tiny size and the honeydew/peach aroma won't let you down. So tasty, so widdle.
