Bog's Edge Brewing Company
This ale is our answer to the customers who like a lighter, easy drinking beer. It has been our best seller by almost double for several months now. It is our gateway to the Wisconsin craft beer experience.
The Afterburner Smoked Porter is a very nice winter brew. It’s lightly smoked so it doesn’t overwhelm the overall taste of the beer.
Two ways to look at this one. Please belly up to my bar or I’ll go belly up.
The Blarney Fife Irish Red is a full tasting Irish ale that we came across while doing a whiskey and brewery tour in August. It is a crowd favorite here.
This blonde ale is for all the people who have endured the inherent dangers flying on combat aircraft. Raise a pint of the Bomber Blonde high and give a mighty 'Hear!! Hear!!'.
Working as summer help in the Jos Huber Brewery in Monroe, WI back in the late 70’s we part-timers were all too keenly aware when the bottling line was backed up due to a bottle down. BOTTLE DOWN was yelled from behind the Labeler or Filler by the old timers. All who worked there know this phrase and I had to give a name to this fond memory. Just remember, Summer help and Some aren’t!
A true lager with a crisp full taste. This is a go to beer for lager lovers and one of our 2 true lagers.
The Frost Watch is a surprise hit. It’s only 3.0% ABV and has a lite body taste. Made for the lighter beer drinker’s palette and it’s gaining surprising traction.
The Hofbräu Kölsch is in the style of the Cologne, Germany Kölsch houses. It’s a lighter summer beer but with that definite Kölsch taste. It’s going to sell here all year round.
The brewer’s roots come from the Andes. Having hiked the Inca Trail three times and visited Machu Pichu five times, a beer had to be named from this great civilization. I was going to name the microbrewery Inca Joe’s Chicheria but figured it would create more questions. You may see a sign in the process area that has this name sometime in the future.
I-94 is only 0.2 miles away from the Bog’s Edge. A tribute to one of the main gateway avenues to the great Northwest tundra.
Ever since I brewed my very first home brew 20 years ago, my beer has been called Joe Beer by family and friends. Since there is already a Joe’s Beer just down the road, I thought Joe’s Ale (Jozale) would still convey the intent of the name.
This beer is dedicated to my dad who was affectionately called Poppy by all the grandkids. This beer is made in the Cusqueña tradition of Andean beer. Dad was from Peru and always enjoyed a cool Cusqueña beer on a hot summer afternoon.
A tasty stout beer and a tip of the hat to the main street of Tomah, WI.
This is a Marzen style beer better know as an Oktoberfest.
Featuring Amber waves of ale. We believe in God, Country, Family and Amber Ales at the Bog’s Edge Brewing Company.
