Point Labaddie Brewery
With three varieties, this hoppy pale ale is sure to please any hop lover while the grain bill provides enough balance to help keep the large quantity of hops from overwhelming the palate. Centennial hops in the boil contribute a nice clean bitterness with grapefruit notes & Falconer’s Flight & Amarillo hops for the whirlpool and dry hopping additions add tropical, floral, lemon, more grapefruit, & orange citrus notes.
Our tribute to the banjo legend, Earl Scruggs. A hazy, juicy IPA focused on hop flavor, not bitterness. Heavily dry-hopped with Mosaic and El Dorado hops. Think loads of tropical fruit with subtler notes of stone fruit, pine, and citrus.
An old Belgian style, this is a dry, crisp easy-drinker. This yeast-driven beer features prevalent, yet not overwhelming, fruity esters reminiscent of pear and mellow clove-like phenols.
Our tribute to John Hartford. Centennial bittering hops and Cascade/Mandarina Bavaria aroma/dry hop additions. Balanced, unfiltered, earthy, floral, tangerine, grapefruit, citrus. A slightly different yeast than prior batches brings out a hint of bubblegum in the finish, as well.
Named to honor a goat who wandered to our place from a neighbor’s in the early months of our existence as a business. Brewed with an assortment of six different malts that provide a toasty, biscuit-malt base. Saaz and Hallertauer Hersbrucker noble hops provide balance to this malt-forward brew. A Belgian yeast strain provides the esters and earthy spiciness you expect from a Belgian beer while helping to accentuate the specialty malts used.
With colder months and dark nights approaching, New Moon Porter makes it's return to the taps. This porter has complex notes of chocolate and a smooth subtle hint of roast from dark specialty malts.
This is Rob's final beer release at Point Labaddie! This special brew spent over 2 years 4 months aging in a Rye whiskey barrel. Our big roasty and traditional Imperial Stout has developed a smooth, complex and flavorful character. Years of maturation has given notes of dark roast, a subdued and smoothed mellow hop bitterness, and Rye whiskey and oak from the barrel that dance across the palate and are prominent in the aroma. This is truly what the Imperial Stout was brewed to be.
Unfiltered Belgian-style Saison brewed with Hallertauer Mittlefruh hops. Brewed using only malt, hops, yeast and water, it has hints of clove and spice and lots of fruity esters.
