Cereal mashed with Jimmy Red heirloom corn harvested from Yancey County farmers, a "southeastern" IPA brewed in collaboration with Fonta Flora Brewery and sowed with heaps of Michigan Chinook, Crystal and Incognito Mosaic hops.
