This is the recipe used in our very first batch. We went big and dark on this one. Copious amounts of roasted malts give a rich, bold, and unique beer with hints of chocolate, coffee, and dark fruits.

Our Pilsner is made with the four noble hops, Hallertauer, Tettnang, Spalt, and Saaz. This beer was aged over toasted oak and brewed with German Pilsner malts. This is a classic style that is smooth and easy drinking.
