Inspired by the lighter, drier style of pils more commonly found in Germany. It's crisp, dry and refreshing, with subtle but surprising layers of hop and malt complexity. Lightly sweet, toasty malt with hints of fresh baked bread are balanced by assertive hop bitterness and aroma, with floral, fruity aromatics suggesting wildflower honey and lemon zest.
