The Other Brother - Belgian Quad

This 'Belgian Dark Strong' beer, or 'Quadrupel' is darkened only with caramelized beet sugar or 'Candi' and fermented with the yeast from an 'Other' smaller Trappist monastery in West Flanders. Rich malt, caramel and 'cola' notes from this big Trappist style ale.
